Starting a New Chapter

Essential Oil Recipes for Transition

1. Healing Heart Lotion Blend

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Add lotion to a 2-oz. PET bottle with pop-up cap.
  2. Add essential oils to lotion.
  3. Gently roll to blend lotion and oil.
  4. Apply as a daily skin nourishing lotion.

2. Emotionally Healing Diffuser Blend

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Add all essential oils to a 5 ml stock bottle
  2. Add 8-10 drops (depending on your diffuser) of this blend into a diffuser
  3. Please note that this recipe is for a diffuser or personal inhaler. Due to the high percentage of bergamot, avoid this blend for topical use if planning on being in the sun.
